We can only accept self-pay for services at this time. Session rates are as follows:
Initial Intake Session: $150 | One-Hour Sessions $130 | Half-Hour Sessions $65
We will have the ability to accept insured individuals soon.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, we respectfully require you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. If you’re unable to do this, a $65 cancellation fee will be charged to you.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your health care services including mental health counseling. If you are not using insurance (self-pay), you are entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services are provided. A Good Faith Estimate will include the anticipated cost of counseling sessions and any other related services. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if your treatment needs or number of sessions change. You may request an updated estimate at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. You can initiate a dispute resolution through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This notice applies to private-pay services. If you are using Kentucky Medicaid or another insurance plan, your costs will be determined by your plan’s benefits, copays, and deductibles.
